
Our chocolate muffins are not only delicious, but also super easy to make.

Ingredients:
380 ml Münsterland CLASSICO Kakao
300 g Mehl
250 g brauner Zucker
1 Päckchen Backpulver
6 EL geschmacksneutrales Öl (z. B. Sonnenblumenöl)
PREPARATION:
Den Backofen auf 170 °C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen.
Die trockenen Zutaten miteinander vermischen.
Öl und Münsterland CLASSICO Kakao hinzufügen und zu einem klumpenfreien Teig verrühren.
Ein Muffinblech einfetten oder mit 12 Muffinförmchen ausstatten und den Teig bis zum Rand einfüllen.
Ca. 25 Minuten backen, dann mit der Stäbchenprobe prüfen.
Muffins nach dem Backen auskühlen lassen und genießen!
